Assignment of Function to Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7(4) of the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore Act, the Minister for Transport hereby assigns to the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore, with effect from 14th March 2005, the function of expanding and developing the port and its related facilities, and undertaking all works (including the reclamation of any land) in relation to such expansion and development.
