The Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore has determined that, in respect of licences granted under the Regulations set out in the Schedule, the fees payable under the respective provisions of those Regulations are set out in the Schedule.
2.  In this Notification, the term “GT” means the gross tonnage of a vessel measured in accordance with the International Convention of Tonnage Measurement of Ships 1969 as amended from time to time.
THE SCHEDULE
Part I
FEES PAYABLE IN RESPECT OF LICENCES UNDER THE MARITIME
AND PORT AUTHORITY OF SINGAPORE (HARBOUR CRAFT)
REGULATIONS (Rg 3)
The fees payable under regulation 7(1) are as follows:
(a)For the grant of a licence under regulation 7(3)(a) —
(i)for every vessel not exceeding 25 GT licensed as “SA” or “SC” harbour craft
 
$3.
(ii)for a vessel exceeding 25 GT licensed as “SA” or “SC” harbour craft
 
$3 for the first 25 GT and 5 cents for every ton or part thereof in excess of 25 GT.
(iii)for every vessel licensed as “SP” harbour craft
 
$2.25.
(iv)for every vessel not exceeding 25 GT licensed as “SB” harbour craft
 
$3.
(v)for every vessel exceeding 25 GT licensed as “SB” harbour craft
 
$3 for the first 25 GT and 5 cents for every ton or part thereof in excess of 25 GT.
(vi)for every vessel not exceeding 25 GT licensed as “ST” harbour craft
 
$3.
(vii)for every vessel exceeding 25 GT licensed as “ST” harbour craft
 
$3 for the first 25 GT and 5 cents for every ton or part thereof in excess of 25 GT.
(viii)for every vessel not exceeding 25 GT licensed as “SR” harbour craft
 
$3.
(ix)for every vessel exceeding 25 GT licensed as “SR” harbour craft
 
$3 for the first 25 GT and 5 cents for every ton or part thereof in excess of 25 GT.
(b)The fees payable for the grant of a licence under regulation 7(3)(a) for the use of a harbour craft for more than one purpose shall be the sum of the fees payable for each such purpose under sub-paragraph (a).
(c)For the grant or yearly renewal of a licence under regulation 7(3)(b) —
(i)for every vessel not exceeding 25 GT licensed as “SA” or “SC” harbour craft
 
$3.
(ii)for a vessel exceeding 25 GT licensed as “SA” or “SC” harbour craft
 
$3 for the first 25 GT and 5 cents for every ton or part thereof in excess of 25 GT.
(iii)for every vessel licensed as “SP” harbour craft
 
$2.25.
(iv)for every vessel not exceeding 25 GT licensed as “SB” harbour craft
 
$3.
(v)for every vessel exceeding 25 GT licensed as “SB” harbour craft
 
$3 for the first 25 GT and 5 cents for every ton or part thereof in excess of 25 GT.
(vi)for every vessel not exceeding 25 GT licensed as “ST” harbour craft
 
$3.
(vii)for every vessel exceeding 25 GT licensed as “ST” harbour craft
 
$3 for the first 25 GT and 5 cents for every ton or part thereof in excess of 25 GT.
(viii)for every vessel not exceeding 25 GT licensed as “SR” harbour craft
 
$3.
(ix)for every vessel exceeding 25 GT licensed as “SR” harbour craft
 
$3 for the first 25 GT and 5 cents for every ton or part thereof in excess of 25 GT.
(d)The fees payable for the grant or yearly renewal of a licence under regulation 7(3)(b) for the use of a harbour craft for more than one purpose shall be the sum of the fees payable for each such purpose under sub-paragraph (c).

THE MARITIME AND PORT AUTHORITY OF SINGAPORE
(HARBOUR CRAFT MANNING LICENCE EXAMINATION)
REGULATIONS (RG 4)
The fees payable under regulation 18 or 19 are as follows:
 
 
(a)for the grant of a manning licence under regulation 18(1) or (2)
 
$20
(b)for the renewal of a manning licence under regulation 19(4)
 
$10.

Part III
FEES PAYABLE IN RESPECT OF LICENCES UNDER THE MARITIME
AND PORT AUTHORITY OF SINGAPORE (PLEASURE CRAFT)
REGULATIONS (Rg 6)
1.The fees payable under regulation 4 are as follows:
(a)For the grant or renewal of a licence —
(i)for every vessel (other than a sailing dinghy) less than 5 GT
 
$30 per year.
(ii)for every vessel of 5 GT or more but less than 10 GT
 
$60 per year.
(iii)for every vessel of 10 GT or more but not more than 20 GT
 
$100 per year.
(iv)for every additional 10 GT in excess of 20 GT
 
$15 per year.
(v)for every vessel licensed as an “SZH” pleasure craft
 
$15 per year per 10 GT or part thereof in addition to the fee payable under sub-paragraphs (i) to (iv).

(vii)for every sailing dinghy
 
$30 for 3 years.
(b)For a late submission of application to renew a licence
 
$10.

2.The fees payable in respect of driving licences are as follows:
(a)For the grant of a driving licence under regulation 29 —
 
 
(i)with validity of 5 years
 
$10.
(ii)with lifetime validity
 
$20.
(b)For the renewal of a driving licence under regulation 39(2)
 
$10.
