| 3. Pulau Tekong Live Firing Areas |

| All that area comprised in Lots 110-4, 113-5, 161-1, 163-1, 293 (State Lands), part of Lots (State Lands) 110-7, 113-2, 141-1, 159-2, 164, 165, 166-1, 166-2, 169, 172-3, 291, 283, State Land, State Reserves Mukim No. XXXIII (Pulau Tekong) and all surrounding foreshore and seabed abutting on part of Pulau Tekong within the territorial waters of the Republic of Singapore known as “Pulau Tekong Live Firing Areas” and bounded approximately as follows: |
| Commencing at a point at Latitude N 1° 24′ 16″, Longitude E 104° 03′ 31″ on Pulau Tekong of the aforesaid “Live Firing Areas” which point is 12,928.7 metres North and 22,879.3 metres East of the Survey Department origin of co-ordinates, the boundary runs along a line of bearing for 148° 36′ 54″ for a distance of approximately 1,187.2 metres to a point in the sea at Latitude N 1° 23′ 43″, Longitude 104° 03′ 51″, thence along successive lines of bearings and distances approximately as under: |
