| 1. These Regulations are the Monetary Authority of Singapore (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2007. |
| Compoundable offences |
| 2. Any offence under the Act which is punishable with a fine only may be compounded by the Authority in accordance with section 176(1) of the Act. |
