Land Titles (Strata) (Designated Lands)
Notification 2014
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 126A(7) (definition of “designated land”) of the Land Titles (Strata) Act, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Notification:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Notification may be cited as the Land Titles (Strata) (Designated Lands) Notification 2014 and shall come into operation on 28th January 2014.
Application of section 126A of Act to housing estate of Housing and Development Board
2.  The housing estate of the Housing and Development Board specified in the Schedule is hereby designated as land to which section 126A of the Act applies.
Made this 28th day of January 2014.
