Land Titles (Strata) Act

(Chapter 158)

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 126A(7) of the Land Titles (Strata) Act, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Land Titles (Strata) (Designated Lands) Notification 2010 and shall come into operation on 2nd August 2010.

Application of section 126A of Act to housing estates of Housing and Development Board

2. The housing estates of the Housing and Development Board specified in the Schedule are hereby designated as lands to which section 126A of the Act applies.

THE SCHEDULE

Paragraph 2

1. All that part of Potong Pasir housing estate comprised in Lot number 6521X in Mukim 17 and on which Apartment Blocks 110 to 112 are erected.

2. All that part of Hougang North housing estate comprised in Lot number 7542X in Mukim 22 and on which Apartment Blocks 344 to 350 are erected.

3. All that part of Hougang North housing estate comprised in Lot number 7208K in Mukim 22 and on which Apartment Blocks 713 to 720 are erected.
