Citation

1.  This Notification may be cited as the Land Titles (Strata) (Non-Application of Section 6) (Consolidation) Notification.

Specified buildings

2.  The Minister hereby specifies that the provisions of section 6 of the Act shall not apply to the following buildings:

(a) Tanjong Pagar Complex (Lot 1074C TS 23 comprised in Certificate of Title Vol. 611 Folio 96) controlled, managed and administered by PSA Corporation Limited;
