Land Titles (Strata) (Designated Lands) (Consolidation) Notification

1.  This Notification may be cited as the Land Titles (Strata) (Designated Lands) (Consolidation) Notification.

2.  The housing estates of the Housing and Development Board specified in the Schedule are hereby designated as lands to which section 126A of the Act applies.

THE SCHEDULE

1.  All that part of Pine Grove housing estate comprised in Lot numbers 4766 and 4003 in Mukim 4 on which Apartment Blocks 1A to 1H, 1J to 1N and 1P are erected.

2.  All that part of Gillman Heights housing estate comprised in Lot number 1478 in Mukim 1 on which Apartment Blocks 1A to 1H, 1J and 1K are erected.

3.  All that part of Jurong East housing estate comprised in Lot number 5161 in Mukim 5 and on which Apartment Blocks 117 to 124 are erected.

4.  All that part of Hougang South housing estate comprised in Lot numbers 4587 to 4594 in Mukim 22 and on which Apartment Blocks 146 to 153 are erected.

5.  All that part of Lakeview housing estate comprised in Lot number 1911 of Mukim 15 and on which Apartment Blocks 97A to 97C are erected.

6.  All that part of Farrer Court housing estate comprised in Lot numbers 2195 and 2196 of Mukim 2 and on which Apartment Blocks 151A to 151H are erected.
