Land Transport and Related Matters Act 2026
(Commencement) Notification 2026
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 of the Land Transport and Related Matters Act 2026, the Acting Minister for Transport makes the following Notification:
1.  This Notification is the Land Transport and Related Matters Act 2026 (Commencement) Notification 2026.
2.  Sections 2(c) to (h), (j), (o), (p), (q), (t), (u) and (v), 3, 14 to 17, 37, 38, 44(k), 46(b), 47, 52, 57, 76 and 97 of the Land Transport and Related Matters Act 2026 come into operation on 27 February 2026.
