Citation

1.  These Rules may be cited as the Land Transport Authority of Singapore (Fees) Rules.

Fees

2.  There shall be paid to the Authority in respect of the services rendered in the first column of the Schedule the fees set out opposite thereto in the second column.

THE SCHEDULE

First column		Second column
(1) For the supply of each copy of any of the following documents in the possession of the Registrar of Vehicles:
(a) a report		$10.90
(b) a statement from an accused person		$10.90
(c) a plan		$10.90
(d) any other document		$10.90.
(2) For each search of a report, statement, information, document or record in the possession of the Registrar of Vehicles		$10.90.
(3) For answering any legal requisitions regarding encumbrances on property which involves a search on Road records		$11.45.
(4) For the supply of each Road Line Plan		$54.50.
(5) For the supply of a monochromatic copy of a notice without attached plan served under the Street Works Act (Cap. 320A)		$1.09 for each page or part thereof.
(6) For the supply of a photographic or other copy of a plan —		(i) $10.90 for each copy of A0 size (841 mm x 1189 mm)
(a) served with a notice under section 9 of the Street Works Act		(ii) $5.45 for each copy of any size smaller than A0 size.
(b) referred to in section 10 of the Street Works Act
(6A) For each official search of a plan referred to in section 10 of the Street Works Act		$21.80.
(7) For each search for supplying parking status/statistics of approved or existing developments		$21.80.
(8) For the supply of each coloured copy of, or extract from, any document without attached plan		$3.27 for each page or part thereof.
(9) For the supply of a photographic or other copy of a plan for the purpose of section 8A or 17 of the Street Works Act		(i) $10.90 for each copy of A0 size (841 mm x 1189 mm) (ii) $5.45 for each copy of any size smaller than A0 size.
(10) For each official search of as-built information of a road structure for the purpose of section 8A or 17 of the Street Works Act		$21.80.
