Land Surveyors (Exemption) Order 2004

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 46(1) of the Land Surveyors Act, the Minister for Law hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Order may be cited as the Land Surveyors (Exemption) Order 2004 and shall come into operation on 27th January 2004.

Exemption

2.  Wisescan Engineering Services Pte Ltd is exempted from section 22 (1)(c), (d) and (e)(iii) of the Act.
