Citation

1.  This Order may be cited as the Land Surveyors (Exemption) Order.

Exemption

2.  Any person who performs or executes any survey or engages in any survey work in the following circumstances shall be exempted from section 10 of the Act:

(a) the survey or survey work is performed or executed exclusively for his use in the course of business or in the course of employment exclusively for the use of his employer; and

(b) the survey or survey work does not involve the preparation of any field note, plan, report or other information derived from the survey or survey work which requires the certification of that person or any other person as to its accuracy or correctness.
