Citation

1.  These Rules may be cited as the Land Revenue Collection (Fees) Rules.

Fees

2.—(1)  The following fees shall be payable under the Act:

(a) for service of a notice of demand	$20
(b) for service of a notice of sale	$30.

(2)  A Collector of Land Revenue may remit or refund, wholly or in part, any fee paid or payable under paragraph (1).
