(Prescribed Fees) Rules 2024

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 189 of the Legal Profession Act 1966, we, the Rules Committee, make the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1.  These Rules are the Legal Profession (Prescribed Fees) Rules 2024 and come into operation on 2 December 2024.

Fees

2.  The fees specified in the second column of the Schedule are payable in respect of the matters under the provisions of the Act as specified opposite in the first column of that Schedule.

Revocation

3.  Revoke the Legal Profession (Prescribed Fees) Rules (R 12).
