Notification 2020

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 32M of the Limited Liability Partnerships Act, the Minister for Finance makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Notification is the Limited Liability Partnerships (Direction under Section 32M(1)) Notification 2020 and comes into operation on 30 July 2020.

Direction under section 32M(1) of Act

2.  The Minister directs the Registrar to maintain a central register of controllers of limited liability partnerships.
