Citation

1.  This Notification may be cited as the Transfer of Assets and Liabilities (Public Utilities Board) (Consolidation) Notification.

Assets and liabilities

2.  All assets and liabilities arising out of the former City Council Housing Loan Scheme set out in the Schedule are transferred to and vested in the Public Utilities Board.
