| Citation and commencement |
| 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Liquor Control (Supply and Consumption) (Composition of Offences) Regulations 2015 and come into operation on 1 April 2015. |
| Compoundable offences |
| 2. The offences that may be compounded under section 33 of the Act are set out in the Schedule. |
