In exercise of the powers conferred by section 15(1) of the Liquor Control (Supply and Consumption) Act 2015, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Order may be cited as the Liquor Control (Supply and Consumption) (Declaration of Liquor Control Zones) Order 2015 and comes into operation on 1 April 2015.

Declaration of liquor control zone

2.  The following areas are declared to be Liquor Control Zones under section 15(1) of the Act with effect from 1 April 2015:

(a) the area known as Geylang as described in Part 1 of the Schedule;

(b) the area known as Little India as described in Part 2 of the Schedule.
