(Compoundable Offences)
Regulations 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 64(1) of the Land Betterment Charge Act 2021, the Singapore Land Authority, with the approval of the Minister for Law, makes the following Regulations:

Citation and commencement

1.  These Regulations are the Land Betterment Charge (Compoundable Offences) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 1 August 2022.

Compoundable offence

2.  An offence under section 54(1) of the Act is prescribed as a compoundable offence for the purposes of section 58 of the Act.
