Citation

1.  These Regulations may be cited as the Land Acquisition (Appeals Board — Fees) Regulations.

Fees

2.  The fees specified in the second column of the Schedule shall be payable to the Appeals Board in respect of the matters set out opposite thereto in the first column thereof.

First column		Second column
1. For the supply of verbatim transcript of proceedings to any party to the proceedings —
(a) first set of transcripts		$8 per page or part thereof; and
(b) second and subsequent set of transcripts		$1 per page or part thereof.
2. For the supply of a copy of any instrument or document in the possession of the Appeals Board		$1 per page or part thereof.
