(Transfer Date) Order 2018

In exercise of the powers conferred by the definition of “transfer date” in section 36 of the Jurong Town Corporation Act, the Minister for Trade and Industry (Trade) makes the following Order:

Citation

1.  This Order is the Jurong Town Corporation (Transfer Date) Order 2018.

Transfer date

2.  The transfer date for the purposes of the Act is 1 January 2018.
