| 3.—(1) Subject to paragraph (2), all deeds, documents and other instruments requiring the seal of the Corporation shall be sealed with the common seal of the Corporation by the authority of the Corporation in the presence of the Chairman or the chief executive officer and of some other person duly authorised by the Corporation to act in that behalf and shall be signed by the Chairman or the chief executive officer and by such duly authorised person, and such signing shall be sufficient evidence that the common seal of the Corporation has been duly and properly affixed and that the seal is the lawful common seal of the Corporation. [S 636/2006 wef 01/12/2006] (2) All deeds, documents and other instruments which relate to the sale, lease, assignment, mortgage or assurance of any premises sold or leased by the Corporation —| (a) | may be sealed with the common seal of the Corporation by the authority of the Corporation in the presence of any person duly authorised by the Corporation to act in that behalf; and | | (b) | shall be signed by such duly authorised person. |
