Citation

1.  These Rules may be cited as the Jurong Town Corporation (Conveyancing Fees) Rules.

Fees

2.  The fees, exclusive of all disbursements, payable to the Jurong Town Corporation by a party for whom the Corporation acts, or to whom services are rendered by the Corporation, in any transaction, disposition or application in respect of a flat, house or building sold by the Corporation under the provisions of Part IV of the Act, shall be as set out in the Schedule.

2.	Sale, transfer or assignment by the owner of all types of flats ... ...	$40
3.	Where the sale, purchase, transfer or assignment in the process of preparationis abortive in respect of all types of flats ... ...	$20
4.	Any other transaction, disposition or application within section 53(1)(g) of the Act and not falling under paragraph 1 or 2 in respect of all types of flats ... ...	$40.
