The Minister for Finance has specified that the lands and buildings of the Economic Development Board described in the Schedule including all the assets, houses, rights, interests and privileges as well as the debts, liabilities and obligations in connection therewith or appertaining thereto shall, with effect from 1st June 1968, be deemed to have been transferred to and vested in the Jurong Town Corporation.
