Protected Areas (No. 2)
Order 2017
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(1) of the Protected Areas and Protected Places Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order is the Protected Areas (No. 2) Order 2017 and comes into operation on 21 December 2017.
Areas declared to be protected areas
2.—(1)  The areas described in the second column of the Schedule are declared to be protected areas for the purposes of the Act.
(2)  Every person who is in any of those areas must comply with such directions for regulating the person’s movement and conduct as may be given by an authorised officer acting by or on behalf of the authority specified in the first column of the Schedule.
Revocation
3.  The Protected Areas (No. 3) Order 2016 (G.N. No. S 697/2016) is revoked.
