| Protected Areas (No. 2) Order 1996 |

| 1. This Order may be cited as the Protected Areas (No. 2) Order 1996 and shall come into operation on 9th February 1996. |
| 2. The area described in the First Schedule is hereby declared to be a protected area for the purposes of the Protected Areas and Protected Places Act, and every person who is in that area shall comply with such directions for regulating his movement and conduct as may be given by an authorised officer. |
| FIRST SCHEDULE |
| Sim Communications Pte Ltd, Kranji Transmitting Station |
| All that area comprised in part of Lots 742 and 144 Mukim No. 12 (LIM CHU KANG), occupied by the “SIM COMMUNICATIONS PTE LTD, KRANJI TRANSMITTING STATION” containing an area of approximately 419,752.0 square metres and bounded approximately as follows: |
| Commencing at the north-western most corner of the perimeter fence of the aforesaid “SIM COMMUNICATIONS PTE LTD, KRANJI TRANSMITTING STATION” which point is approximately 45,125 metres North and 15,511.4 metres East of the Survey Department origin of coordinates (30,000 metres North, 30,000 metres East), the boundary runs along a line of fence on a bearing of approximately 101° 52′ for a distance of 105.1 metres and thence along successive lines of fence of bearings and distances approximately as under: |
| The boundaries of “SIM COMMUNICATIONS PTE LTD, KRANJI TRANSMITTING STATION” are delineated in the Plan set out in the Second Schedule. |
