Protected Areas (No. 5) Order 2007

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(1) of the Protected Areas and Protected Places Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.—(1)  This Order may be cited as the Protected Areas (No. 5) Order 2007.

(2)  Item (1) in the Schedule shall come into operation on 17th November 2007 at 2300 hours and shall remain in force until 22nd November 2007 at 2359 hours.

(3)  Item (2) in the Schedule shall come into operation on 20th November 2007 at 0500 hours and shall remain in force until 2359 hours.

(4)  Item (3) in the Schedule shall come into operation on 21st November 2007 at 1400 hours and shall remain in force until 2100 hours.

(5)  Item (4) in the Schedule shall come into operation on 21st November 2007 at 1500 hours and shall remain in force until 2359 hours.

(6)  Item (5) in the Schedule shall come into operation on 21st November 2007 at 1750 hours and shall remain in force until 2035 hours.

Areas declared to be protected areas

2.  The areas described in the second column of the Schedule are hereby declared to be protected areas for the purposes of the Act, and every person who is in that area shall comply with such directions for regulating his movement and conduct as may be given by an authorised officer.
