Protected Areas (No. 2) Order 1963
In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (1) of section 5 of the Protected Places and Areas Ordinance 1955, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order: —
1.  This Order may be cited as the Protected Areas (No. 2) Order 1963.
2.  The areas described in the second column of the Schedule to this Order are hereby declared to be protected areas for the purposes of the Protected Places and Areas Ordinance, 1955, and any person who is in any of the said areas shall comply with such directions for regulating his movement and conduct as may be given by an authorised officer.
3.  The Protected Areas Order, 1960 (G.N. No. S 138/60), is hereby revoked.

1.
Waters Surrounding Pulau Senang.
The waters surrounding Pulau Senang bounded by the lines joining the beacons placed on the reefs surrounding Pulau Senang as follows: —
 
 
Commencing at beacon “A” (from Raffles Lighthouse on a bearing of 338° 35’ for a distance of 2,315 feet) at the south-east corner of the reef; thence in a 272° 35’ direction for 2,060 feet to beacon “B”; thence in a 316° 45’ direction for 3,411 feet to beacon “C”; thence in a 045° 00’ direction for 1,980 feet to beacon “D”; thence in 095° 00’ direction for 4,250 feet to beacon “E”; thence in a 171° 00’ direction for 1,751 feet to beacon “F”; and thence in a 218° 45’ direction for 2,434 feet to the point of commencement at beacon “A”.

Waters Surrounding Pulau Biola.
All that area of foreshore and seabed abutting on Pulau Biola and Pulau Senang within the territorial waters of the State of Singapore (excluding the island of Pulau Biola) and bounded approximately as follows: —
 
 
Commencing at beacon “A” off the southern coast of Pulau Senang which point is 66,830 links South and 62,390 links West of the Survey Department origin of co-ordinates (latitude N.1° 09’ 58″ approximately and longitude E.103° 44’ 24″ approximately) the boundary follows along a line to beacon “F” on a bearing of approximately 38° 45’ for a distance of 2,434 feet; and thence along successive lines of bearings and distances approximately as under —

Waters Abutting ‘Area A’ Pulau Pawai.
All that area of foreshore and seabed abutting on Pulau Pawai, lying within the territorial waters of the State of Singapore and bounded approximately as follows: —
 
 
Commencing at a point on the southern coast of Pulau Pawai, which is 57,400 links South and 70,990 links West of the Survey Department origin of co-ordinates (latitude N.1° 11’ 00” approximately and longitude E.103° 43’ 28” approximately) the boundary follows along a line to a Marker Beacon at point “A” on a bearing of approximately 126° for a distance of 300 feet; thence along successive lines of bearings and distances approximately as under —

Pulau Sebarok and waters surrounding Pulau Sebarok.
All that area comprised in Pulau Sebarok which is comprised in part of Mukim No. XXXIV (other islands) and waters surrounding Pulau Sebarok lying within the territorial waters of the State of Singapore, containing an area of approximately 88 acres and bounded approximately as follows: —
 
 
Commencing at a point approximately 110 yards south-east of the southern most coast of Pulau Sebarok, which point is 46,310 links South and 29,815 links West of the Survey Department origin of co-ordinates (latitude N.1° 12’ 12”, longitude E.103° 47’ 57” approximately) the boundary runs along a line on a bearing of approximately 291° 00’ for a distance of 833 feet and thence along successive lines of bearings and distances approximately as under —
