Protected Areas (No. 6) Order 2009

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(1) of the Protected Areas and Protected Places Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Order may be cited as the Protected Areas (No. 6) Order 2009 and shall come into operation on 30th October 2009.

Areas declared to be protected areas

2.  The areas described in the second column of the Schedule are hereby declared to be protected areas for the purposes of the Act, and every person who is in each area shall comply with such directions for regulating his movement and conduct as may be given by an authorised officer acting by or on behalf of the authority specified in the first column of the Schedule.
