Protected Areas and Protected Places Act

(Chapter 256)

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(1) of the Protected Areas and Protected Places Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Protected Areas (No. 3) Order 2007 and shall come into operation on 14th September 2007.

Premises declared to be protected area

2. The area described in the second column of the Schedule is hereby declared to be a protected area for the purposes of the Act, and every person who is in that area shall comply with such directions for regulating his movement and conduct as may be given by an authorised officer.

POLICE CANTONMENT COMPLEX.

All those covered walkways and driveways (including those leading to the MRT entrance area) at ground level comprised in part of State Land Lots 99276W(PT), 99308K(PT), 99330X(PT), 99331L(PT), 99332C(PT), 99333M(PT), 99334W(PT), 99320W(PT), 99323T(PT), 99326N(PT), 99305P(PT), 99369A(PT), 99404C(PT), 99405M(PT), 99433X(PT), 99378M(PT), 99380C(PT), 99397V(PT), 99382W(PT), 99386A(PT), 99390K(PT), 99393L(PT), 99444A(PT), 99445K(PT), 99446N(PT), 99367P(PT), 99368T, 99401N, 99400K(PT), 869X(PT), 99403L(PT), 99406W(PT), 99407V(PT), 99408P(PT), 99409T(PT), 99412T(PT), 99413A(PT), 99399T(PT), 99422M(PT), 1116M(PT), 99385T(PT), 99389X(PT), 99392X(PT), 99395M(PT), 99379W(PT) and 99381M in TS 23 occupied by “POLICE CANTONMENT COMPLEX” containing an area of about 5,145 square metres and bounded approximately as follows:

Commencing at the north- westernmost corner of the aforesaid “POLICE CANTONMENT COMPLEX” which point is 28,995.636 metres North and 28,595.009 metres East of the Singapore Land Authority SVY 21 Datum, the boundaries run along successive lines of co-ordinates approximately as follows:
