Protected Areas and Protected Places Act

(Chapter 256)

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(1) of the Protected Areas and Protected Places Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Protected Areas (No. 14) Order 2002 and shall come into operation on 15th August 2002.

Premises declared to be protected area

2. The area described in the second column of the Schedule is hereby declared to be a protected area for the purposes of the Act, and every person who is in that area shall comply with such directions for regulating his movement and conduct as may be given by an authorised officer.

All that area comprised in State Land Lots 1265W, 50-1, 49-2, 1010M, 1266V, 42-3, 1250M, 43-5, 44 and 44-6, part of State Land Lots 50-10, 55-2, 54-2, 53-2, 52-2, 1264M, 51-2, 2528K, 1011W, 1249V, 1338V, 65-5, 65-4, 274, 275, 50-2, 323, 43-4, 45-5 and 273X in MUKIM No. 11 and MUKIM No. 14 occupied by “TRAINING PLOT 6A WEST”, containing an area of about 1,986,794 square metres and bounded approximately as follows:
