Protected Areas (No. 3) Order 2008

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(1) of the Protected Areas and Protected Places Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Order may be cited as the Protected Areas (No. 3) Order 2008 and shall come into operation at 12 noon of 17th August 2008 and remain in operation till midnight of 17th August 2008.

Premises declared to be protected area

2.  The area described in the second column of the Schedule is hereby declared to be a protected area for the purposes of the Act, and every person who is in that area shall comply with such directions for regulating his movement and conduct as may be given by an authorised officer acting by or on behalf of the authority specified in the first column thereof.
