Protected Areas (No. 9) Order 2003
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(1) of the Protected Areas and Protected Places Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Protected Areas (No. 9) Order 2003 and shall come into operation on 29th July 2003.
Premises declared to be protected area
2.  The area described in the second column of the Schedule is hereby declared to be a protected area for the purposes of the Act, and every person who is in that area shall comply with such directions for regulating his movement and conduct as may be given by an authorised officer.

The area enclosed within Point A (Latitude 01°23.39’N, Longitude 103°59.83’E), Point B (Latitude 01°23.57’N, Longitude 103°59.91’E), Point C (Latitude 01°23.43’N, Longitude 104°00.17’E), Point D (Latitude 01°23.34’N, Longitude 104°00.13’E) and Point E (Latitude 01°23.34’N, Longitude 103°59.94’E).
 
 
 
 
 
The boundaries of “WATER AREA SURROUNDING CAFHI JETTY” are more particularly delineated on Survey Plan (Reference No. WSCJ03) filed in the office of the Director, Building and Infrastructure, Defence Science and Technology Agency, Singapore.
