Protected Areas and Protected Places Act

(CHAPTER 256)

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(1) of the Protected Areas and Protected Places Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Protected Areas (No. 4) Order 2006 and shall come into operation on 27th June 2006.

Premises declared to be protected area

2. The area described in the second column of the Schedule is hereby declared to be a protected area for the purposes of the Act, and every person who is in that area shall comply with such directions for regulating his movement and conduct as may be given by an authorised officer.

Revocation

3. The Protected Areas Order 2003 (G.N. No. S 75/2003) is revoked.

TRAINING PLOT 2 EAST (SITE A).

All that area comprised in State Land Lots 135L, 140M, 142V, 141W, 139V, 147N and 146K, part of State Land Lots 133N, 134X, 1607K, 138W, 148X, 145A, 144T, 99926A, 1470C and 1468M in Mukim No. 9 occupied by “TRAINING PLOT 2 EAST (SITE A)” containing an area of about 12,7332.4 square metres and bounded approximately as follows:

Commencing at a point of the aforesaid “TRAINING PLOT 2 EAST (SITE A)” which point is 38,867.312 metres North and 14,527.485 metres East of the Singapore Land Authority SVY 21 Datum, the boundaries run along successive lines of co-ordinates approximately as follows:
