Protected Areas and Protected Places Act

(Chapter 256)

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(1) of the Protected Areas and Protected Places Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Protected Areas (No. 11) Order 2002.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on 8th July 2002 and shall remain in operation until 18th July 2002.

Premises declared to be protected area

2. The area described in the Schedule is hereby declared to be a protected area for the purposes of the Act, and every person who is in that area shall comply with such directions for regulating his movement and conduct as may be given by an authorised officer.

THE SCHEDULE

The area enclosed within Map Grid Reference 688503, Map Grid Reference 694501, Map Grid Reference 672449 and Map Grid Reference 666452. The area is more particularly delineated in the plan set out below.
