Protected Places (No. 4) Order 2002
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5(1) of the Protected Areas and Protected Places Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.  This Order may be cited as the Protected Places (No. 4) Order 2002 and shall come into operation on 27th June 2002.
Premises declared to be protected place
2.  The premises described in the second column of the Schedule are hereby declared to be a protected place for the purposes of the Act, and no person shall be in those premises unless he is in possession of a pass-card or permit issued by the authority specified in the first column of the Schedule or has received the permission of an authorised officer on duty at the premises to enter the premises.

PORT OF SINGAPORE (HORSBURGH LIGHTHOUSE).
 
The island occupied by “PORT OF SINGAPORE (HORSBURGH LIGHTHOUSE)” containing an area of approximately 8,650 square metres. The eastern-most point is approximately along the bearing 73° 51’ for 97 metres from the centre of the lighthouse, Latitude 1° 19’ 48.8” N and Longitude 104° 24’ 20.6” E (WGS 84 datum) approximately.
 
The boundaries are more particularly delineated in the Plan set out below.
