In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5(1) of the Protected Areas and Protected Places Act, the Minister for Home Affairs hereby makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1. This Order may be cited as the Protected Places (No. 3) Order 2010 and shall come into operation on 2nd June 2010.

Premises declared to be protected place

2. The premises described in the second column of the Schedule are hereby declared to be a protected place for the purposes of the Act, and no person shall be in those premises unless he is in possession of a pass-card or permit issued by the authority specified in the first column of the Schedule or has received the permission of an authorised officer on duty at the premises to enter the premises.

Revocation

3. The Protected Places (No. 6) Order 2007 (G.N. No. S 544/2007) is revoked.

All that area comprised in Land Lots 99663N, 99126X, 3693N, 3691A, 3692K, 151L, 120L, 99784X, 99780T, 99775V, 3689K, 99665L, 3690T, 99668W, 99666C, 99669V and 99671W and in part of Land Lots 3374P, 99661A, 3951W, 99127L, 99102W, 99125N, 3688A, 422V, 99790M, 99771L, 4594L and 99778A in Mukim No. 31 occupied by “CHANGI AIR BASE (WEST) PARCEL 3” containing an area of about 415,071.1 square metres and bounded approximately as follows:

Commencing at a point of the aforesaid “CHANGI AIR BASE (WEST) PARCEL 3” which point is 38,121.937 metres North and 43,614.333 metres East of the Singapore Land Authority SVY 21 Datum, the boundaries run along successive lines of co-ordinates approximately as follows:
