Protected Areas Order 2015

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(1) of the Protected Areas and Protected Places Act, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Order may be cited as the Protected Areas Order 2015 and comes into operation on 25 March 2015.

Areas declared to be protected areas

2.—(1)  The areas described in the second column of the Schedule are declared to be protected areas for the purposes of the Act.

(2)  Every person who is in any of those areas must comply with such directions for regulating the person’s movement and conduct as may be given by an authorised officer acting by or on behalf of the authority specified in the first column of the Schedule.

	Commencing at a point of the aforesaid “TRAINING PLOT 16 — NEO TIEW (A)” which point is 44731.689 metres North and 13953.078 metres East of the Singapore Land Authority SVY 21 Datum, the boundaries run along successive lines of co‑ordinates approximately as follows:

	(2)   TRAINING PLOT 16 — NEO TIEW (B).   All that area comprised in Land Lot 1724C in Mukim No. 12 occupied by “TRAINING PLOT 16 — NEO TIEW (B)” containing an area of about 13868.7 square metres and bounded approximately as follows:
	Commencing at a point of the aforesaid “TRAINING PLOT 16 — NEO TIEW (B)” which point is 45078.918 metres North and 13666.474 metres East of the Singapore Land Authority SVY 21 Datum, the boundaries run along successive lines of co‑ordinates approximately as follows:
