In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Immigration Act 1959, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Notification:

Citation

1.  This Notification is the Immigration (Temporary Authorised Place of Entry and Departure — Singapore Airshow 2024) Notification 2024.

2.  Changi Exhibition Centre, 1.5 km NNE (042) of Runway 20(L) threshold at 9 Aviation Park Road, Singapore 498760, is an authorised airport, an authorised point of entry, and an authorised point of departure —

(a) only for the separate and exclusive immigration clearance of the class of persons who arrive in Singapore, or leave Singapore, by air on any aircraft performing in, or to be displayed at or chartered for, the Singapore Airshow 2024; and

(b) only for the period between 13 February 2024 and 29 February 2024 (both dates inclusive).

3.  For the purposes of section 5(6) of the Act, the rates specified in the Schedule are payable, by Experia Events Pte. Ltd. to the Controller, for or in connection with immigration clearance performed by such number of immigration officers as may be determined by the Controller, at the place and during the period specified in paragraph 2.

1.  For an ICA senior officer — $65 for every hour or part of an hour

2.  For an ICA specialist — $40 for every hour or part of an hour
