2.—(1) Subject to sub-paragraph (2), section 36(1) of the Act does not apply to a person who is removed from or otherwise lawfully sent out of Singapore after being informed under section 24(2), 25(2), 25A(2) or 26(3) of the Act that the person is prohibited from entering Singapore.| (2) Sub-paragraph (1) does not apply to a person who is removed from or otherwise lawfully sent out of Singapore for any other reason at any time before, during or after the application of section 24(2), 25(2), 25A(2) or 26(3) of the Act to the person. |
