In exercise of the powers conferred by section 55(1) of the Immigration Act 1959, the Minister for Home Affairs makes the following Regulations:
Citation and commencement
1.  These Regulations are the Immigration (Prescribed Law Enforcement Agencies) Regulations 2024 and come into operation on 31 December 2024.
Prescribed law enforcement agencies
2.  Each of the authorities and persons specified in the Schedule is a prescribed law enforcement agency for the purposes of sections 51AB and 51AD of the Act.
