| Citation and commencement |
| 1. These Regulations are the Immigration (Prescribed Law Enforcement Agencies) Regulations 2024 and come into operation on 31 December 2024. |

| 2. Each of the authorities and persons specified in the Schedule is a prescribed law enforcement agency for the purposes of sections 51AB and 51AD of the Act. |
