Citation

1.  This Notification is the Human Organ Transplant (Declaration of Hospitals) (Consolidation) Notification 2025.

Declaration of hospitals

2.  The Minister declares —

(a) the hospitals specified in the first column of Part 1 of the Schedule to be hospitals for the purposes of the Act other than Part 4A with effect from the date specified in the second column; and

(b) the hospitals specified in the first column of Part 2 of the Schedule to be hospitals for the purposes of Part 4A of the Act with effect from the date specified in the second column.
