1.  This Notification is the Human Organ Transplant (Specified Products) Notification 1987.

Exemption

2.  The following products are exempted from the application of section 13(1) of the Act:

(a) human blood products and plasma fractions;

(b) human hormones;

(c) vaccines and toxoids;

(d) diagnostic agents derived from human blood.
