(Compoundable Offences) Rules 2025

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 27A(3) of the Housing Developers (Control and Licensing) Act 1965, the Minister for National Development makes the following Rules:

Citation and commencement

1.  These Rules are the Housing Developers (Compoundable Offences) Rules 2025 and come into operation on 1 July 2025.

Compoundable offences

2.  An offence under section 4(8) or (9), 12A(2), 12B(3), 12C(5), 12D(2) or 12E(6) of the Act may be compounded by the Controller in accordance with section 27A of the Act.
