Citation

1.  This Notification may be cited as the Housing Developers (Control and Licensing) (Exemption) Notification.

Exemption of approved developers of Design-Build-and-Sell Scheme

2.  Rule 11(2) of the Housing Developers Rules (R 1) shall not apply to any housing developer who is appointed by the Minister under section 65N of the Housing and Development Act (Cap. 129).
