Order 2024

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 76(1) of the Housing and Development Act 1959, the Minister for National Development, after consulting the Housing and Development Board, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Order is the Housing and Development (Precincts for Lift Upgrading Works) Order 2024 and comes into operation on 19 February 2024.

Declaration of precincts for lift upgrading works

2.  The parts of the housing estates of the Board described in the Schedule are declared to be precincts for the purpose of carrying out lift upgrading works.

THE SCHEDULE

1.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Hougang Avenue 2 and Hougang Avenue 8, comprised in Lot number 06369T in Mukim 22 and on which Apartment Block 634 is erected, and which is more particularly delineated in Plan 1.

2.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board at Hougang Street 51 comprised in Lot number 08519P in Mukim 22 and on which Apartment Block 562 is erected, and which is more particularly delineated in Plan 2.
