(No. 6) Order 2021

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 65B(1) of the Housing and Development Act, the Minister for National Development, after consulting the Housing and Development Board, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Order is the Housing and Development (Precincts for Upgrading Works) (Home Improvement Programme) (No. 6) Order 2021 and comes into operation on 1 December 2021.

Declaration of precincts for Home Improvement Programme

2.  The parts of the housing estates of the Board described in the Schedule are declared to be precincts for the purpose of carrying out upgrading works in connection with the Home Improvement Programme.

THE SCHEDULE

1.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Pasir Ris Drive 1 and Pasir Ris Street 11, comprised in Lot number 01755T in Mukim 31 and on which Apartment Blocks 109, 110, 111, 112 and 113 are erected, and which is more particularly edged in Plan 1.

2.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Pasir Ris Street 11, Pasir Ris Drive 1 and Pasir Ris Street 12, comprised in Lot number 01773A in Mukim 31 and on which Apartment Blocks 101, 102, 103, 104, 105, 106, 107 and 108 are erected, and which is more particularly edged in Plan 2.

3.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Simei Road, Simei Street 1, Jalan Pelatok and Meragi Road, comprised in Lot number 04390T in Mukim 28 and on which Apartment Blocks 155, 156, 157 and 158 are erected, and in Lot number 04493T in Mukim 28 and on which Apartment Blocks 159, 160, 161, 162, 163, 164 and 165 are erected, and which is more particularly edged in Plan 3.

4.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Simei Street 1 and Pan Island Expressway, comprised in Lot number 04085M in Mukim 28 and on which Apartment Blocks 116 and 119 are erected, in Lot number 04725P in Mukim 28 and on which Apartment Blocks 117 and 122 are erected, in Lot number 04207K in Mukim 28 and on which Apartment Blocks 120 and 123 are erected, and in Lot number 03875T in Mukim 28 and on which Apartment Blocks 124 and 126 are erected, and which is more particularly edged in Plan 4.

5.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Sims Way and Sims Drive, comprised in Lot number 07388K in Mukim 24 and on which Apartment Blocks 40, 42, 42A, 43 and 43A are erected, and which is more particularly edged in Plan 5.

6.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Yishun Street 81, Yishun Avenue 4 and Yishun Avenue 1, comprised in Lot number 04074W in Mukim 19 and on which Apartment Blocks 865, 866, 870, 871, 872, 873, 874, 876, 877, 878 and 880 are erected, and which is more particularly edged in Plan 6.

7.  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Yishun Street 81, Yishun Avenue 4 and Yishun Avenue 1, comprised in Lot number 01268L in Mukim 19 and on which Apartment Blocks 867 and 868 are erected, and in Lot number 01267X in Mukim 19 and on which Apartment Blocks 875 and 879 are erected, and which is more particularly edged in Plan 7.
