(No. 2) Order 2022

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 76(1) of the Housing and Development Act 1959, the Minister for National Development, after consulting the Housing and Development Board, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Order is the Housing and Development (Precincts for Lift Upgrading Works) (No. 2) Order 2022 and comes into operation on 29 November 2022.

Declaration of precinct for lift upgrading works

2.  The parts of the housing estate of the Board described in the Schedule are declared to be a precinct for the purpose of carrying out lift upgrading works.

THE SCHEDULE

  All those parts of the housing estate of the Board at Marsiling Rise comprised in Lot number 01348X in Mukim 13 and on which Apartment Block 115 is erected, and in Lot number 01353C in Mukim 13 and on which Apartment Block 119 is erected, and which are more particularly delineated in the Plan.
