(No. 6) Order 2023

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 76(1) of the Housing and Development Act 1959, the Minister for National Development, after consulting the Housing and Development Board, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Order is the Housing and Development (Precincts for Lift Upgrading Works) (No. 6) Order 2023 and comes into operation on 22 December 2023.

Declaration of precinct for lift upgrading works

2.  The part of the housing estate of the Board described in the Schedule is declared to be a precinct for the purpose of carrying out lift upgrading works.

THE SCHEDULE

  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Hougang Avenue 4, Hougang Avenue 10 and Hougang Central, comprised in Lot number 06255N in Mukim 22 and on which Apartment Block 833 is erected, and which is more particularly delineated in the Plan.
