In exercise of the powers conferred by section 76(1) of the Housing and Development Act 1959, the Minister for National Development, after consulting the Housing and Development Board, makes the following Order:

Citation and commencement

1.  This Order is the Housing and Development (Precincts for Upgrading Works) (Home Improvement Programme) (No. 4) Order 2022 and comes into operation on 4 November 2022.

Declaration of precinct for Home Improvement Programme

2.  The parts of the housing estate of the Board described in the Schedule are declared to be a precinct for the purpose of carrying out upgrading works in connection with the Home Improvement Programme.

THE SCHEDULE

  All that part of the housing estate of the Board bounded by Marine Parade Central and Marine Drive, comprised in Lot number 07745L in Mukim 26 and on which Apartment Block 80 is erected, in Lot number 07738A in Mukim 26 and on which Apartment Block 81 is erected, and in Lot number 07740T in Mukim 26 and on which Apartment Block 83 is erected, and which is more particularly edged in the Plan.
